Haha, yes, exactly. I'm on the road to create fully synthetic companies π

The smart validation stack:
1. Simulate with AI π€
2. Test with humans π₯
3. Build after evidence π οΈ
Validate like a researcher, not a gambler.

Step 3: Build after evidence π
Only build once youβve seen:
β
Real user feedback
β
Early traction
β
Signals of demand
This isnβt slower. Itβs smarter.

Step 2: Test with humans π₯
Talk to real users. Ask about their behavior, not their guesses.
Then run cheap tests:
β’ Landing pages
β’ Pre-sales
β’ Fake door buttons
π‘ Look for action, not interest.

Prompts to try:
π§ βAct as a frustrated solo founder. Would they buy [my product]?β
π§ βWhat objections would people have to [X]?β
π§ βWhat tools already solve this?β
The goal: kill bad ideas fast. Sharpen good ones faster.

Step 1: Simulate with LLMs π€
Before you code or cold DM, test your idea in a lab using ChatGPT:
β’ Role-play your customer
β’ Spot objections
β’ Explore competitors
β’ Refine your pitch
Fake audience, real feedback.

Hah, that's actually a great point, and one that got me stuck before.
Does the company that builds the company also builds the meta company?
I was overthinking it and needed to provide agents with examples anyways. So, I decided to build the meta company myself with reusable components underneath.

Stop launching to crickets π¦
Validate smarter:
1. Simulate with LLMs - pitch, poke holes, refine π€
2. Then talk to real humans - confirm behavior, not just vibes π§
Synthetic first. Human second. Code last.
Build like a researcher, not a gambler π―

Great advice! Figure out what went well, what went wrong, learn, and keep going!

I donβt know, this is why Iβm orchestrating agents to figure it out themselves π
