Having seen "the graph" on "diversity of thought", I don't think "more diversity of thought" is the flex that the party of "alternative facts" thinks it is.

This is what gets me about "AI" these days. Computers: They're made for math. VERY good at it. Damn-near infallible at it, barring bad inputs or damaged/defective hardware. And all that computational power gets used for "AI" so it can *pretend* it can do math, and often does *worse*. :V

I see a lot of people these days stating their concerns about how current LLMs, AI coders, and other forms of generative AI are detrimental to critical thinking skills. Honestly? The fact that so many people rely on it despite EVERYBODY knowing it's a "make shit up machine" tells me those skills...
