Do you then go by weight for baking?
I had access to duck eggs for a while and that's usually what I did. Now I have fresh chicken eggs and if they look/feel different with regard to size, I do the same.

All the time. I frequently go into my catalog and look at what I took 1, 5, 10 and now 15 years ago on the date. I see how my interests, style and eye have changed, the software for processing is far better now, and I'm better at using it.

Every failed launch should be fined millions of dollars for the pollution, littering and clean-up. The satellites reaching orbit (all, not just SpaceX) should have a large bond posted because eventually "space" will need to be cleaned up.
