Tenderheart by Hetty Liu McKinnon is well-written and packed with great recipes. It’s vegetarian, though and that could be an issue for Snooty McSausages.

I didn’t think there were any hard to find ingredients, but I live in Chicago. McKinnon also mentions swaps for the different ingredients. The recipes are quite flexible.
