Grass-fed Ranch Steak which comes from a cow's arm, like a tricep. Lots of muscle work so it's lean, but has a nice chew to it. Served with air fryer fries and a mixed salad with Danish blue cheese crumbles. Went with a little "AI" Sauce. It's the future right? 2106 Chalk Hill Cab 🍷 🍽️🍜 #BBQmunity

Shrimp rampi. Got a little more color on the bulbs than I meant to so the sauce was a little more brown than golden. And I'm still dialing in timing of shrimp after 25 years of not cooking them. Good thing Katherine doesn't really know the difference yet. 🍽️🍜

Felt like some curry since it was a sloppy, wet spring snowy day. Also had a craving for kimchi so made an Indian-inspired swordfish curry and some kimchi fried rice on the side. Didn't think they'd go together so had basmati rice at first. I was mistaken. Mixing them was SO GOOD!🍽️

Fish in Chilli Sauce. A Sichuan dish, and the use of chilli bean paste is the giveaway. It’s seabass, deep fried and then braised in the sauce before that it reduced down and put back on top of the fish. Salty with a great chilli kick. 🍜🍽️🌢️

Second attempt at in n out style burger and it’s much closer after taking 5 minutes to watch a couple of YT videos. Caramelised onions, chopped lettuce, pickles, tomato, burger sauce and mustard fried directly onto the cheesy smash patty. πŸ½οΈπŸœγ€€still miss the real deal though. #foodsky #青空ごはん部
