I am flemish, I always cook a large amount and freeze portions. Lovely with fries and applesauce. 😋 I made myself a slowcooking bag, it gets even better then, because it takes all flavou slowly and it can't burn at the bottom.

I had a big cloth of 100%wool, and a cloth of thicking. I doubled that with Fiberfill. So stitched a rectangle with a cord in it at the top, and a circle at the bottom, where I put a cork pancoaster in between. I posted it all on facebook, but euuh... facebook throwed out a while ago🤭

yes, from the moment you heated everything and it boiles. I make it in he morning en leave it in the slowcooker for hours. Depending on temperature in the room, I check it in the afternoon, and if necessary, heat it up again and put it back.
