Tonight's dinner 🍽️🍜: Balmoral chicken. Chicken breasts stuffed with haggis and wrapped in bacon, served with a whisky sauce. I made mashed potatoes, honey roasted carrots and tender stem broccoli to go with it. Full of beautiful Scottish flavours!
