There were gyrojet weapons in the old books, but I don't think I've seen them in any RED DLC. I know they're intended for environments with little gravity or atmosphere, but giving them a gimmick (like reduced damage at close range but bonus damage at long range) might be interesting for players.

Jet packs. As is right now I’m using the jet board to cover movement rules as fast action responders drop in to a crisis. But if I could have something to cover aerozep boarding actions. I would find that useful.

Anchoring Cyberfeet: Could prevent you from being thrown or knocked prone in any way.
Spyke Furniture: Could be an Enhancement that hurts anyone that hit you with an Unarmed Attack or are grappling you.
Pistol Grenades: Could be an attachment only compatible with weapons that use the Handgun Skill.

I've wanted to see more of the energy weapons that 2020 had, as well as the nomad smart whip. As for armor, maybe an updated version of the Gibson battlegear street lethal, a 2045 edition. It's always had a mad max look to me. I'll look for more stuff later bit this is what came to mind first.

Some old heart upgrades like Decentralized Heart, Perhaps you are a dedicated jogger the Pacesetter 2000. The old chipware just plug it into your socket and you were ambidextrous, Could play games or even suppress apatite without needing a whole new stomach.

Body Rhythm Dance Bracelets (its just cool), the Facedown Chip (make facedown rolls mean something before 5 months into a campaign), the Forked Tongue, the CyberBat (or any flying CyberPet, Scanner Gates (something for the DM or even the edgerunners' HQ)! All of these would fill gaps in the system
