The usual way. I would guess there will be limited impact: it's a corruption *perception* survey, not a corruption reality survey.
Americans are unduly cynical about the levels of corruption in US federal government, and so will mistake graft on a grand scale for business-as-usual.
A bailout? Would crypto do to the US economy what a ponzi scheme did to the Albanian one 28 years ago? Of course the Albanian economy was a basket case after 40 years of Hoxha's communism but the US had a robust economy, last I looked. Quite the accomplishment then. #fuckcrypto
