I think all the attorneys of good will at DOJ should read the part between those two highlights in the brief and then set themselves to uphold the US Constitution when they enter the federal courtroom. ☄️🔥🧑‍⚖️👩‍⚖️👨‍⚖️

Unless it is somewhere else in there a golden opportunity is missed. For example say, Pres. Trump says he is the greatest negotiator. Mr. Trump says countries are lining up to negotiate on tariffs. Yet, Mr. Trump would have the court believe he is completely impotent and defeated in this instance.
