You hit subscribe and when you hit it, it would give you an option to either mute them or block them. When you hit block it block everyone on the list

Here you go. You can mass block the entire list by hitting Subscribe and then Block - then you can scroll through the list and if there's any you actually want to follow just click to unblock them individually.
