Bravo for the Federal Courts. If only the Supreme Court would do its job.
I can’t for the life of me - and I was a Constitutional Scholar - understand why the SCOTUS justices are actually doing this in broad daylight. Do they not know we can see them?

It should NEVER be an appointment issue, it's a CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUE. Glad to know these judges are upholding the LAW OF THE LAND. My thanks and admiration.
