Now as someone who is a voracious gardener I can tell you - yes it helps my ADHD but also that is because it is one of my hyperfixations. It is not a cure - there is no "cure" but it is a management method.

- no outstanding debts loans
- a portfolio worth over 200k
That's what 5 years of therapy and drugs did for me. It turned my life around and gave me executive function I never had, and a future for my family.
