Losing weight is very difficult. I've been at the gym 4 times a week and eating pretty good Mon-fri (I cheat on Saturday) not sure how I still weigh the same. I do feel way better and stronger tho. Just not sure what's happening.

Try intermittent fasting and skipping cheat day. To lose weight you need to be in caloric deficit. Also if you’re gaining muscle, the number on the scale won’t change. Try cardio and calisthenics/body weight exercises.
