I've never understood why the US thinks it needs more than 9 provinces.

I have a hard time seeing MN, Iowa and the Dakotas as Louisiana

King Louis is disappoint.

MN is Midwest but otherwise OK

Most of MN was part of the Louisiana purchase.

Go ahead and slide WV down with the rest of the reds.

They weren't historically traitors. They only became traitors more recently.

Did you give Hawaii and Alaska back?

They are each one of the 9 provinces.

I considered splitting Maryland and Pennsylvania to put their Western parts in the Midwest, but that would not maximise frustration.

WV is a lot of things. Midwest is not one of them.
