I would say that certainly applies to people in the FBI and other law enforcement agencies.
The White House is not structured to unilaterally apply force against anybody.
Where I live it would have been issued and I think it is due.
Every system is different, hence my question.
Not precisely true. They asserted that any act in his official capacity is immune. Federal prosecutors responded by pointing how the crimes he was accused of had nothing to do with official acts.
*SCOTUS didn't want Biden to have immunity.
Or is the arrest warrant issued by the DOJ itself?
