That's great. But I remember her publicly lecturing Dems that if they want to win elections around the country they'll have to mimic her and be a centrist. It was a slam against the economic-progressive House members - a warning not to be like @aoc.bsky.social. Or Bernie Sanders.
And she is right...in some places. Spanberger won a red district, she did it by focusing on local issues. She also tried to force congress to get out of stock trading completely. She is plenty liberal, when it makes sense for her constituents. I suspect she gets along fine with AOC.
Thing is, there are significant differences among red districts. Bernie Sanders won a landslide against Hillary Clinton in WI, winning every county but Milwaukee's, narrowly won in MI by winning 73 of the 83 counties (incl every one bordering a Great Lake except the southwestern-most, narrowly ...
... won IN while losing Marion Cty (Indianapolis), won a landslide in WV. In '20, he won every county and every demographic in NV in his landslide primary win.
