Cats have some pretty interesting gene expression. They can even carry multiple gene lines. Litter mates can have different fathers. Chimera are an example of a cat that's like two cats fused. Torties are generally female. One X chromosome will express one pattern and the other X a different.
Streifi looks like she was sewn together from at least three different cats' coats, and I think she is just perfect. I sometimes call her "Allerleirauh" (All-Kinds-of-Fur). You are perfect too, Pickles π
One of my cats has an interesting coat, sheβs brown tabby on her sides but torbie on her back. And her markings are asymmetrical. And she has multicolored whiskers and toe beans!
