That’s not the argument. What we’re seeing is that the corporate world cares solely about the bottom line. Many corporations have apparently concluded that it’s more beneficial to them to kiss Trump’s ass than anything else. In fact, they turned on a dime.

They need to be persuaded differently.

DEI is sensible and leads to better products at lower risk, is the reality. You miss obvious things if you only have one kind of person in the room—like when Apple Health completely forgot menstruation in its first release. You *need* diverse teams as a business.
