The municipal government only has the power the provincial government allows them to have. The provincial government could literally do away with the municipal governments should they chose to.
Well they can go back to illegal sidewalk riding and play dodge the pedestrian. I swear Ford makes dumb decisions and then us Ontarian’s just suddenly get amnesia when he cuts us a piddly check to our own money.
