These details are not correct. S.3314 was introduced in the PREVIOUS congress and died without receiving a vote. This bill is not S.3314 - it's a reintroduction of it, but it is S.737. It has not yet made it past committee (GovTrack gives it a roughly 7% chance of reaching the floor).

TLDR: If you call your senators about "S.3314" they're not going to know what you're talking about, because there is NO current bill with that number. If you're going to call your congresspeople, the correct reference number is S.737 - and at the moment, it's not scheduled for a vote.

Conservatives definition of 'pornography' is intentionally so broad as to include all LGBTQ+ content. Just depicting queer people existing is considered by them to be inappropriate for children. The purpose of this is to censor all queer (and nonconformist) expression and communication.
