One must imagine Sisyphus giving the boulder little smooches. Step, smooch, step, smooch

Were I condemned to eternal suffering by the gods, I would make it real weird for everyone.
I would call the eagle that eats my liver every day "My boy" and cry out "Boy's gotta eat, boy's gotta grow."
I would move the boulder uphill through a combination of hip thrusts, grunts, and eye contact.

Each day he becomes stronger, each day the hill gets taller, and each day the boulder becomes more kissable.

Each atom of that stone, each mineral flake of this mountain full of night deserves a little smooch. The little smooches themselves are enough to fill a man's heart.

Trip back down the hill is the boulder returning the kiss.

The rock whispers "push me up against that wall daddy, one more thrust and I'll hit the summit.🥵"
Then it's all the way back to the bottom.
