While I agree that the system has major flaws, what you’re saying is exactly what people like Netanyahu want you to think. The ICC just arrested Duturte the other week showing that these monsters can be held accountable. But dismissing the only workable system won’t see anyone receive justice

Sir, you just proved my point.
The ICC is always able to catch/ arrest non - white alleged perpetrators, but somehow can never quite catch certain suspects.

Which is why, an international tribunal not ran by the Europeans shld be called for.
It has to be truly transparent.

I feel like we’re on the same page but somehow missing each other. All I’m saying is that the flawed application of the system does not mean the system itself is broken. The ICC clearly works, but a blanket dismissal of the court leaves us with no alternative for people to seek any form of “justice”

The problem is, the system isn’t broken.
It is set up to work precisely how it is supposed to.
& discarding the current system isn’t a problem.
The ICC has to be reimagined, where it works for everyone.
Colonialism can’t be at the heart of any system & function properly.
