People have selective memory about this - the GOP got run over by Obama in his first two years: ACA & Dodd-Frank, got 3 GOP votes combined (all in the Senate for D-F). Then in 2011, they shut the door on Obama and were rewarded for it by...losing 8 seats in the House and 2 in the Senate.

The Republican Party fought Obama to the death on everything he did, and weren't exactly Biden's enablers.
