Spent over an hour on the phone today trying to straighten out the THIRD TIME my insurance screwed up my asthma meds Rx. So very frustrating. This was AFTER being in the dr’s office for an hour when he resubmitted as they tried to say his error. (Except no error for 7 years until I got on this ins!)
It's because we allow it. Public education purposely breezes over collective action against our own government. People fought and died for workers, voting and civil rights. The ball is now in our court to keep the progress going. It's a heavy burden but that is the experiment we were born into
