Air-travel safe, they freeze in a refrigerator, and they're hot-swappable to extend your outtings. Just a quick run back to the room to swap packs and get some water and you're good to go!
Easily the best purchase for any fursuit. The HangAir is a sturdy hanger with a powerful fan built in. Designed to help wetsuits dry, this thing will have your suit bone dry in minutes instead of hours. If you take anything away from this thread, the HangAir is it.
The heavy duty (7.5 lbs) 3M hooks are a great way to hang your suit on the unused wall space in your hotel room. I've used these at multiple cons and have never damaged the walls. Not only does this save closet space, it promotes more passive airflow around the suit
I use a football belt for holding up my tail. Not only are they light, easily adjustable, and sturdy, they can also be thrown in the wash and easily cleaned. They also come in a wide range of colors. They're cheap and can be found on Amazon or any sporting goods store.
Attach your hand paws to a hanger with clips and hang it INSIDE your shit while the HangAir is running. This is great for conserving space and drying something that can be awkward to keep dry. Belts and other things can also be dried using this method.
I use a runner's fanny pack to carry my phone with me while in suit. I wear the fanny pack on the small of my back so it's mostly out of the way. The fanny pack will keep your phone dry even with excessive sweating.
Red solo cups are great for keeping the fur on foot paws open to promote air flow. Simply cut the bottom out and insert them into the paws. To expedite drying, place them below the suit while it's drying on the HangAir.
