Japanese is a language that keeps you humble... One day you're doing the JLPT N2 exam, the other you're looking like an absolute idiot for misreading 口コミas ロコミ

To be fair it's an honest mistake if you haven't heard it voiced first... One of the few benefits I had for needing to slum language study before there was an internet was instruction via teachers and cassette tapes along with the reading, instead of encountering real world stuff online first😅
As giri giri JLPT 4 / 3-kyuu , they both look the same, and I have to recall katakana "ro". I first learned katakana 39 years ago. Same but different seems to be the theme of the language. Why is 6 afraid of 7?
ロ is smaller. So it's pretty simple. It's just a matter of focus. We are humans, so prone to make errors. Japanese isn't that hard, it's just a pain to memorize the kanji and the various pronunciations. I memorize and forget kanjis at random. Even jp people forget them.

The Japanese really need to figure out writing
The second is just "rokomi" in katakana, it means nothing 🤡
