That's like asking if a photo or an audio message are better for preserving the memory of a departed person. They preserve and show different things, for different needs :)

I might've visited that Battletech page back in the day (or one like it, at least). 😅 Seriously though, I kinda miss books like this, or similar articles in newspapers or magazines b/c the context was basically "Man, you can find ANYTHING on the internet! Look at this site about !"

As opposed to "Here's an important voice you all need to be reading if you care about ". A lot of it was the new-shiny-toy glow to the internet, but learning about the crazy shit people made pages for had appeal in the U.S. back then, and I think we could use some of that again today.
