Also, the real standard is much higher. My notes are painstakingly detailed, and my position isn’t one of the many that requires detailed tracking in 6 minute increments.

Right! The problem is it's vague, it's not clear who it's coming from or who will be looking at the responses or what they'll be doing with them, and it's on a very short timeline that will inevitably be missed by some people
