We are putting a great deal of hope in the judicial branch. Some judges are allowing the Trump administration to move forward based on the faulty assumption that they are operating under normal conditions.

Federal Judges don't control tax rates, cannot confirm nominees to Executive Departments, cannot confirm promotions of military officers...
