The amplifier's also fucked, so I guess I'll just try and return both at this point. Hopefully get my money back.
The table also has speed control issues which should be an easy fix, but at this point it's best to just give up before the sunk cost fallacy kicks in.

Not gonna lie, kind of a little pissed that Australia Post damaged both my turntable and amp in transit. At least the dust cover can be replaced, but I really shouldn't have to.
