Essentially, our priority needs to be less on stock markets, and GDP growth and more towards investment and redistribution. This is where we went wrong in the 1970's. We started measuring economic success by how "strong" the dollar was/is on top of our GDP growth and basic U.E numbers.

All of this belied actual context to what was occurring in the economy. Instead we were losing our social fabric, good paying jobs and increasing our despair as we saw over 5 million of our good paying manufacturing jobs leave between 2000-2010. These jobs prob aren't coming back.

It would take us reinvesting in our economy and distributing in kind without worrying about GDP growth and the stupid ass stock market. This will be if nothing hard to do. Along with that we need to divest from the stock market as consumers who have nothing to do with it other than retirement funds

We need to stop that now. If wall-street wants money they need to stop using ours and use their own. Otherwise, too much of our fate is tied to the money men. As well a "weaker" dollar will bolster our manufacturing base. Our competition threshold is extremely high due to the dollars strength.

And yes we will pay more for goods with a "weaker" dollar. But, we see currency in the wrong way as well. The money men took over the narrative. With that "weaker" dollar we will have more jobs, and not just menial service sector jobs. Actual decent paying jobs. While doing this

we have to index wages to inflation. Which will be hard for small business. Which you can cap at 5 percent inflation a year for wage increases. Things can be done to make our lives better. We are just seeing the basic structure of the economy in the wrong way.
