It just makes the inevitable rebellion easier when enough of his disgruntled voters join the fight. Does it happen before Bird Flu mutates to humans? That's the real race against time... the climate was lost years ago.

I don’t know how much suffering his voters will have to endure before they realize they’ve been conned, but I do know I shall enjoy watching them suffer.
