ICE says it has identified 258 alleged members of Tren de Aragua still in the US: 54 in detention and on the detained docket, 172 on the non-detained docket, and 32 are in criminal custody with active detainers against them

i still don't see any reason to believe that there even exists credible evidence that any of the individuals transported in violation of the court's orders were members of TdA. they were probably selected for transportation solely because they fit a profile and were available to be transported

It’s interesting to me that they’re going so hard to the bat here for under 300 people…unless of course their plan is to keep going after these suspected “gang members” are deported with other people, which of course they are. 😩😡
