The courts are jammed packed with unconstitutional acts of Trump. This is NOT sustainable!
1) Provide written notice in the person's language.
2) Provide an opportunity to raise fear of return
3) Reopen the case if reasonable fear is found
4) If no reasonable fear, give 15 days for immigrant to move to reopen.
