Nothing will happen to Tesla while Trump is around. He'll give them special treatment compared to competitors or go after Elon's competitors instead.

Trump will send people after ford and dodge if Musk asked. He will give Elon a pass from tariffs, give special government incentives to buy etc. Tesla is a tax payer funded company, basically, and the markets aren't expecting the US treasury to vanish.
