It was been suggested that people at risk should be able to get accompaniment.
I realize that doesn't solve all the problems. But, at least someone would know they were taken and attempt to assemble help and resources immediately.
It's funnier when you realize that, in his mind, a Nobel Peace Prize is basically the same level as a TIME magazine cover. :)
