Mine can be 0 or … 7? Depending on how I’m doing. I sit to do it. And sometimes I mix things in my hand and then put it on. I’m sure that breaks some kind of rules but I figure like with like should be ok.
I listen to music or audiobook or podcast when I do most tasks.
I max out at 4 steps for evening, 3 most nights. 4 for the day. Any more than that just feels redundant and gets expensive but I also “lucked” into extremely sensitive skin that yells when I do too much.
You've seen my bathroom. I don't use all of those bottles at once, I promise. Cleanse, tone, lotion (mixed with sunscreen in summer), makeup.. I multi-task by listening to a podcast while getting ready. 🤣🤣🤣
It’s a splurge but I’ve been using Naked & Thriving for a year plus and I love it. Their Protect serum is what I use during the day (with Nourish face cream when I’m dry) and then when I feel like I can afford it their Illuminate vitamin c serum at night.
I use the Byoma milky toner when I wear makeup. I like it! I don’t consider it part of my regular skincare routine since I use it as a base for my skin tint.
I tried that once and it just wasn’t worth it. I’ve switched to all accessible skincare from reputable companies that won’t go out of business or charge $85 for a moisturizer. 2-3 steps max and my skin has never looked better. 🤷♀️
