OHHHH THANK YOU! Yes, you put it in such nice words! It would have been too noisy and hard to read if the collar also had cast a light, with how small the figures are on the canvas. And it would have visually competed with the shine of Handler, so I omitted the collar glow. Awesome, thank you ♡

Sure! Yes, the paint is applied on top of the 3D render. I need the 3D render to have realistic perspective and lighting. But then I may still want to simplify shapes or stylize some effects, separate planes with fog/darkness to improve readability or just make it look more handmade with scratches.

Thank you!! The light is the focus for sure.
I basically dog-ified Rusty. You can still make out some parts like the thighs. I hope it is transformative enough, for a solo freetime project.. it was fun to play with the models!
btw Rusty also has very dainty fingers, not all do. Its truly for us <3
