One thing I’d like to write about one day is the bacon explosion (a woven mat of bacon around a sphere of sausage filled with bacon pieces, all coated in BBQ sauce. I tried this in 2010. It was a different time.

Somewhere in that timeframe I ate a bit of bacon chocolate that someone had given me and it was so gross that I went off bacon entirely. A dark time that led to darker times.
