Sounds like a much-needed tonic. As with many others, am struggling to keep positive with the constant drip-feed of dreadful news here and in the U.S. We seem to be going backwards on climate, human rights, economic inequality etc. But hope comes from action and we must keep going.

I find that doing something, however small, to separate baddies from power, however small, and replace them with goodies, acts as a real tonic to my mood. Volunteering with my local GPEW branch was the gateway drug for this.
