Sure, we all know Sierra hits like King's Quest, but how about... WizType, the typing game based on 'funny pages' cartoon The Wizard Of Id?! (It really exists, and debuted back in 1984 - ad via the VGHF Library.)

His buddy, Brant Parker (the guy who created "The Wizard of Id"), was from the northern VA area. They died like about a week apart from each other. Sad.
I was just thinking that. As you start to fall behind, the smoke becomes increasingly evil-looking until it incinerates you. Not actually that much fun
In 1991 or 92, my sister won a Sierra games raffle by mailing in her registration cards. We received two large boxes with about 40 games and felt like the luckiest kids on the world.
This is how I learned to type in elementary school. Our computer teacher would hold a folder over our hands so we couldn’t look down. I didn’t know what it was actually called…thanks!
