#AskAnAuthor #WritingCommunity Oh, writer's block. It's you again.
When I get stuck with #KeepThemInTheFight it's usually because I'm missing some key for weaving the message through a scene/section, or I can't get the voice right.

I have three methods of staying on track.
1. Write garbage.
2. Schedule my writing time.
3. Step away from the project, be spontaneous.
So what does that mean,
Write garbage - I'll sit at my desk. Fingers hovering over the keys, my face frowning. I know what needs to be said I just can't find

Of course, I'm lucky because I have 300+ hours of recorded interviews with COL Stokes, so I can go back and listen, and that often triggers something I can work with.
