(2/2) Instead we tell them they are lazy, unmotivated, incapable or broken in so many other ways. The traditional path to success that we take for granted is and has been blown apart for years. They are unmotivated to play the game we are selling. Time to change the game.....

What should that change look like? I don't disagree, they are skeptical, and we must unlock their potential. The most important aspect of education is teaching people to love learning. I'm not sure how to do that when they actively seek to disengage.
