🚨 Florida legislators are actively trying to dismantle the Miller test — which determines if the government can ban a book/film/art/music/site.

You have to evaluate it as a whole. Does it have value?
They want to read or screen a single phrase or scene and ask jurors to judge if it's obscene. Without context.
