It's a massive, extra-legislative takeover of the internet for Missourians.
But sites that just allow it in a general area are fine.

Age-verification providers are "required" to delete information, but there's absolutely no enforcement in the rule. AV providers could sell your data, leak your data, keep it in an unplugged freezer or in boxes in a spare bathroom, or hand them over to DOGE with no consequence.
But Missouri's AG has already said that Target's Pride collection falls under that same "obscenity" statute.
