If the defendants don't comply, the judge can hold them in contempt. There are several enforcement mechanisms for contempt.

I mean, in Trump's case, all of those in positions that would normally enforce it are loyalists. It's hard to imagine any real consequences coming soon enough to make a real difference in preventing or minimizing damage.
