We don't have to give "these democrats" any kudos for Biden's win. He had to run a much further left campaign than he ran his primary to keep Warren and Sanders on board with his primary coup. His much worse second campaign didn't have that same backroom deal making.

Doesn't look like Harris actually did agree with all of their policies, but some senior Dems would apparently rather lose than win on anyone else's terms...

I always thought it was a bit of the opposite, that it was surprising that he had any support after the Clintons dominated the party for almost twenty years
