Transness has become a 'thing' because of TERFs. I grew up with respecting self ID. If you're a woman, you're a woman. You don't need a qualifier in general life. But anti transness (aka bigotry) has forced trans people to ID as such.

I'm so confused. If you say you're a woman/man/enby thats cool. You don't have to say you're trans. You're what you are without the need for a qualifier. None of the people I knew growing up were 'trans'. They were them.
