yeah the obvious loophole is "to be eligible to run for vice-president you have to be eligible to run for president, that is literally the only requirement."

The "Trump as Speaker of the House and two randos who resign as President and VP" draft would have worked better.

To be eligible to *be* vice president you have be eligible to *be* president. But the 22A only speaks to disqualifying people from being *elected* president. This is not a new idea and really is just a straightforward reading of the text of 22A and 12A.
